Old Y Centre is a home for community serving agencies in Calgary providing affordable working and meeting space while preserving, restoring and maintaining the historical aspects of the building.
Old Y Centennial
On June 21 the Old Y celebrated the laying of the first building stone with a community party. Our dear guests were Old Y long-term members Ashid Bahl, Corrine Younie, the writer Bob Stallworthy and current members, community activists, partners, City representatives, Calgary Buffalo MLA, Kent Hehr.
The guests enjoyed the live music performed by Calgary's muscisians Evan Freeman and Chandra
The party was a kick off for our centennial year.
